Single family residential property owners can again benefit from the convenience of paying assessments online, via PayPal. Choose from your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account.

NOTICE: Many of you use PayPal to pay your Shenandoah Community Association fees each year. We need to let you know that PayPal has begun to charge a 2.9% plus $0.30 (30 cents) charge on each payment you make. If you pay $ 100.00, we receive $ 3.20 less than that into the Association's bank account. Going forward, we will place that amount (4%) on your bill to retrieve the entire fee that is owed the Association. In the future, please add 4% to whatever amount you pay to cover the Paypal transaction fees. ($Amount X 1.04 = $Total Amount ) Thank you.
